I think the risk of not doing a tour in the immediate when somebody walks in is you risk a couple things. You risk the FTE. You risk the bed. You also risk the word-of-mouth going, oh, I showed up at x y z facility, and I just got a pamphlet. I wouldn't go there. I would check out their website before you do anything. In this industry, especially in suburban areas where most of these, you know, assisted livings are independent living, continuing care living, They have a big family generational pool of people that all talk to each other. And, you know, friends of friends always wanna reach out when a loved one is sick and wanna go through the journey too. So I think the biggest thing for me and I think the public is being turned away at the door and then going and telling everyone. Nowadays with social media technology and especially if you get a really bad experience for someone, You could risk being that facility that nobody wants to go to.
