Hiring has been a really hard thing in this industry for forever. Some recent data that we've seen is that it takes eighty seven or ninety days to fill an RN position. And a big part of that is just how complicated it is to validate somebody's credentials. In my previous role, we tried to automate a lot of that functionality. And even though I worked in this industry for so long, I've never been on the credentialing side before. And just to realize how very complicated it is, get a job as a nurse, it seems preposterous to me. But at Alita, I think this is kind of taking the next step is really taking the automation that I tried to do before and incorporating AI into it. And being able to really just get somebody through a lot of those processes that could be automated and should be easy, making it as seamless to the end user as possible. So it's not this consistent, like, back and forth. Give me this form. Now can I have a copy of this? Now can I have that? You know, getting all of that kind of all in one shot, getting feedback to a professional employee, getting the employer everything that they need so that they can make the the decisions that come down to the human decision. Automating as much of that and making it as simple as possible is a real big difference in in what we do versus a lot of other.
