Prior to Alita, it would just be me from start to finish. They call in. I try to schedule an interview. If not, I just do it on the spot, which can be very time consuming. Now they're able to schedule at any time. They go to our quad nurse website that has the Alita on it, and then they book it right then and there. Then I can just check my email and be like, okay. Somebody scheduled an interview. That's great. When I look at my calendar, like, wow, I have a lot of interviews this week. It's actually really good because the more caregivers we have available, the more clients we're able to get staff. With the help of Alita booking them, we have definitely hired more caregivers than we did prior. I would recommend Alita to anybody that's in HR scheduling type of work with busy schedules like we have and overwhelmed with having to have a thirty minute conversation about something that can be just a click of a button. Very, very convenient. Very convenient, very helpful. But for Alita, I was overwhelmed. Now I'm grateful.
