When someone's looking for care, they're applying anywhere from six to eight different places at once. We all know they're not taking six different care consultations. They're not taking six different tours at assisted livings. Whoever reaches out to them first is gonna win over that potential client. And we've seen that seventy five percent of those go with the first outreach. When someone's looking for care, let's say they're reaching out to three different organizations. They land on the first website. They see a phone number. They give it a call. No one answers. They leave a voice mail. They got nothing out of it. They go to the second organization. They see that there's a contact form right on the home page. They fill that out and send it off. And, again, they're sitting there with nothing. In the age of instant gratification, those first two experiences gave that person nothing from it. And then they land on the third organization, an organization that has a leader. They answer the questions, and they schedule a meeting directly onto the team's calendar. Their search for care stops right there. Could be ten thirty AM that they're searching for care, and they land on this website and then have a meeting for twelve thirty PM, they're gonna wait and have that call at twelve thirty PM before they continue searching for other care services. And so this speed to lead enables organizations to beat all the competition to the punch.
