I think that any technology that gives the administrative branch of these nursing facilities an upper edge to respond faster and in a more unique manner is going to allow them to provide a more individualized follow-up and ultimately convert higher to bring those nurses in. So nurses have opportunities that basically work wherever they want, depending on the area they're in. A lot of opportunities that may be a little bit, let's just say, easier on the body or a little bit less stressful. Those opportunities are out there. So once you're starting to talk about post acute care, as a nurse, it's usually quite harder on the body, and you're taking on more patients in certain situations. So I think that anything that can get that nurse or that health care worker really engaged quickly and early before they drop off the hiring cycle or the application funnel is really where that facility is able to really show what they're really about. Ultimately, it allows them to convert at a higher level. The cost associated with the hiring process can come down, which, you know, is great for a facility.
