Smart Intake - Only Talk to the Right People
Alita’s smart intake filters unqualified candidates and patients, prioritizing insurance matches and enabling teams to focus on qualified leads for efficient growth.
In the realm of job applications, only about 30-35% of candidates are truly qualified, leading recruiters to waste time on unqualified resumes. This inefficiency is mirrored in patient care assessments, where Alita's smart intake system shines by filtering potential clients effectively. By asking targeted questions, the system enhances care assessments and ensures that insurance matches are prioritized. As a result, sales and admissions teams can concentrate their efforts on the right clients, streamlining the entire process.

We're hearing in the market on the hiring side of things is that about thirty to thirty five percent of people that apply for jobs are actually qualified. And what that's doing on the recruiter's day to day is wasting time sifting through resumes that may or may not be qualified. The same thing is really happening on the patient side as well. Depending on the type of care that a person is looking for, making sure that we have all of the information upfront on whether or not it could be a good fit is extremely valuable. One of the advantages of Alida's smart intake is filtering out and making sure that the potential clients and patients are not gonna waste the time of the people doing their care assessments or their tours. So being able to ask questions like, is this care for yourself, for a loved one? What's your timeline? What's your budget? Do the insurances that you have matched to the ones that the company accepts? This is all important to make sure that your sales and admissions team are really spending their time doing tours or care consultations to the most effective people.
