The cases that Alita doesn't know the answer, there's nothing on your website or nothing in the documentation provided it or it's just a little bit too generic of an answer. We do have a way of falling back and making sure that there's contact information so that you can always exit the conversation and speak to a person. We wanna make sure that we train it to give as many answers as possible, but we also wanna prevent it from giving you the wrong answer. So we train all of our agents to provide answers that it knows. If it doesn't, it always has contact information for a facility. So a human will be able to get information to you that you may be looking for. To make sure that everything is working as intended or to make any sort of changes that you may be looking to make to how your agent operates, we have our Alita hub. And that gives you and your organization full control and a dashboard to see what sort of questions are being asked, how frequently are they being asked, what time of day are people interacting with your website and your agent, what are some questions that aren't being answered so you can plug in what that answer is. So you have visibility into how people are interacting with the agents. Really, every aspect of it, we wanna make sure that you're aware of, and you can make adjustments.
