Before Alita, I was frustrated. Now I'm excited. I'm excited to come into work. Anything that makes my life easier when it comes to recruiting and eliminates certain steps for me makes my day easier. It can be very time consuming coming in on a Monday and I have a hundred resumes that now I have to sit here and click through each and every single one and read them. And so now with Alita, instead of sending somebody to Indeed, I could be, hey, go on our website. You're gonna see a little chat box that pops up at the bottom. You can go in there, see what positions we have, and if you're interested, it's gonna take you right to where you can apply and submit your resume. So now it just makes the process a lot faster. Yes or no. Did they meet the score that I need to even bother looking at their resume? I would say it's freed up a lot of my time. I don't have to worry about adding anything to my calendar because you'd have already done it for me. I had a lady come in two days ago. She said it was very simple, very easy, streamlined. She didn't feel like she was talking to a robot. It's just very it's very human. Home Health is twenty four seven. We don't ever stop. So now we just have a chat bot. If somebody's over there on the weekends, they don't have to wait till Monday to book an appointment or schedule a call with intake. They can do it over the weekend. So it's allowing people that immediate access to the care that they need.
