Nurse Testimonial: Easiest Job Application Ever

Recently I was applying to jobs and one of the websites of an extended care facility had, this chat box, full of Alita. I just typed in my name and typed in what I was looking for. And it brought up the positions right away. I didn't have to search around the website. And it was so simple. I talked to the AI agent back and forth. I asked a few questions about the job and its specifics. I also found pretty interesting that it almost interviewed me a little bit. It said, Hey, are you, you a registered nurse? It made me put in my license information. It also asked me about my years in long term care. And I thought that that was kind of interesting because it made me almost feel like they were checking to make sure that they weren't just giving an interview out to everybody. From there, it offered me to schedule an interview. So I was able to schedule an interview for the next week on my next day off. And it was so easy. Right after I scheduled, they immediately got an email saying what time and date and everything. And I felt so relieved about how easy the process was and to be able to talk to somebody so quickly in the job process. When I had just started applying and they automatically were responding to me, it made me way more perceptive and interested in the facility. There are so many places that are so similar. So being able to have this kind of information right off the bat piqued my interest in that facility over others.
