Alita has a lot of tools around qualification. A lot of them were configurable as well. And the process that people would go through would be dictated by our clients. Every organization is a little bit different, but we do have the tools to make up their own questions, whatever fits their organization's needs. We evaluate the responses to those questions, along with other responses that the users have provided us. And we evaluate whether or not they're based off of those criteria. The qualifications score helps the staffing side of the organization by making sure that you pay attention to the candidates that are closest fit to what you're looking for first. Right? If you're able to respond to those highest, rated candidates first before anybody else does, you're significantly more likely to hire them. So what we wanna make sure is that first we draw your attention to those candidates so that they are at the top list. That way we kind of reduce the noise. We know that all the people that are interacting with our system, especially in in healthcare, have a million jobs that they're never, you know, single mindedly working on one task. So it's really fighting for their attention to interact with a particular candidate. And we wanna make sure that we prioritize the folks that they should be interacting with first based off the criteria that they give us and, you know, make the list of the people that they need to communicate with further so they're more likely to get to
