The gap that exists between what people are looking for work and when people are available to take take the call, interact with them, exist because there haven't been the tools around to really make that process seamless. There have been, you know, forms that people fill out, and then at some point, somebody will get back to you. But in a lot of cases, those forms go to a mailbox that's that's still connected to somebody who's already turned over or somebody that's not there. Or systems that are kind of outdated that, you know, may not provide enough information. I think that leads to a lot of frustration is you fill out a bunch of information and get no phone calls. Because the people that are that are doing the recruiting, the people that are working in HR, you know, they need to go home as well. They're working nine to fives. You know, nurses are working seven to threes. I think this is a very big gap and a huge missed opportunity where a leader really comes in and shines is that they can have a conversation with a user. It can give you more information than you can gather on your own and figure out, is this the job you want? Is this the pay you want? Is the responsibility, consistent with your level of experience? And then where Alita, I think really helps out is if you're wanting to act on it, there's a very easy way to get to the next stage and book your interview. I think that level of engagement is something that hasn't really been available before.
