Looking for a new role in nursing can be kind of daunting. When I go to apply, I'm very excited. When looking at employers, I do pay attention to how quickly they respond to me because I'm more likely to continue my application process with the employers that have responded to me right away. There's other people that are responding, so I will pass up your job opportunity if I don't get a response. I'm very busy. So my time when I'm choosing interviews is really something that I think about. So if people respond quickly and they kind of show me that my time is valuable, then I'm more likely to go for that facility.
