I think the the biggest challenge is the facilities are always looking for caregivers. Right? That shortage is real. If you're a caregiver and you're looking for new opportunity, your day is already crazy. You're probably working a job or two jobs, and you're sitting there after you've put the kids to bed or after you've had dinner and trying to search to see if there may be a new opportunity out there. So when you're searching or trying to reach out to say, hey. I'm interested, there isn't somebody live on the other side of that line at nine o'clock at night saying, great. Let's schedule an interview. So a lot of time, responses from job seekers will sit and get stale before they get responded to. So the fact that a leader can literally respond instantaneously to any request and schedule a meeting because it understands what the facility's schedule and availability is is a big win because you have to catch those people when they're inquiring. Right? Because as you can imagine, if I'm I guarantee we're applying for a job, I'm not just applying to one place. I'm probably applying to four or five or six different places. And so the first one that reaches out and gives me an interview slot that's convenient for me has the greatest chance of hiring.
