So ghosting and no shows is a pretty significant problem. Recruiters are reporting about ninety percent ghosting rates. And one of the solutions that Leah has for this is our reminder system. Reminders are important. What we do is one hour before two hours before one day before, set them a gentle reminder, let them know that it's still on the schedule, give them the ability to reschedule if they need to. We all have busy lives, things come up. So we want the flexibility that, that today's world needs.
