AI Isn’t Replacing Jobs — It’s Making Them Easier

So a has a a bit of a hot topic around, is it gonna replace my job? Is it gonna replace me? And I think where Alita comes in, it's really more of an assistant than anything else. These are all things that we're currently having to do, Alita just makes easier. So is it going to replace a human interview? I don't think that's going away. What we do is make the process more efficient so that we get the right people to talk to the right hiring manager. I think that there's been, a lot of similar talk around other tools in the past, prior to AI. I don't think that many jobs were lost to, scheduling tools or, you know, time clocks or anything like that. I think they made things a little bit simpler and we were able to reallocate our time to what truly matters, which is taking care of patients, taking care of our fellow employees. I think Alida really does the same thing. It it makes the process of hiring or finding new patients easier gets to the point of two people talking to each other simpler. And I I think from that perspective, it just makes things a little bit smoother for everybody. But I don't mean it replaces people. I think it just makes their jobs easier.
